Why are you running for Secretary of State?
I am running because Georgia deserves fair elections. In 2020 my vote was challenged while I was a student at Grambling State University. My story should be the last of its kind. Georgia deserves for its voices to be valued, heard, and amplified.
What will you do as Secretary of State?
As Secretary of State, I will work to create proper voter practices in the state of Georgia ensuring safe and secure elections, work to make faster and more efficient licensing services for businesses in the state and monitor the Georgia securities market to help ensure the economic development of the state on all fronts.
What work have you already done?
I’ve worked in the field of voter advocacy for over 5 years in partnership with various nonpartisan organizations. Working all across the nation with voter registration, education, and protection in order to ensure that people know the power of their involvement in politics. Giving people everywhere the tools necessary to make a change and a positive difference in their communities has been my biggest pride and joy. I believe the voice of the people must be heard and I will continue to work to make their voice the highest priority.
